You aren't the only crazy one; I'm looking at March 2010 already! I normally decide where I want to go then keep a lookout on prices until I find the deal I'm happy to pay. That might be in the next few weeks if I think the price is right, or anything up to Feb 2010. The trick is to decide where you want to go, find the deal you're happy with and book it. Then don't look again in case the price has dropped! Given the current economic climate, I suspect there might be some good early deals as holiday companies are after our money. It's always difficult to predict though. I already have Turkey booked for September and just got back from Kenya, just need to sort something out for the summer now then start again for next year!

i have already booked our townhouse,in florida for oct 2010,i will have to wait,till about nov though,to book the flights,but at least,i know we are going back.
hubby just rolls his eyes,as we have spain,in a fortnight,turkey in aug & mexico in nov.i told him,i need something to look forward to & he asked,if the 3 holidays,we haven't been on yet,weren't enough,to look forward to,ERR NO
he should know better,than to ask.

no you are def not by your self iam looking for may next year we usually go every year but just got 2 dogs so staying home this year for them to settle in , so iam desperate for 2010 to go on sale so ican at least have it to look forward to ,we are hoping to go to dom rep , did cuba twice and mexico twice so thought we would try dom rep, any ideas for a reasonable priced hotel with good facilities and food not too far from airport.

Oh I was thinking of Dom rep to, as I thought it might be better value than going to the med,especially if the holiday spends stay as they are!!!, So if anyone can recommend a good all inclusive which is good for kids I would love to no . Many thanks in advance

well, we go to jamaica in about 6 and a half weeks ( you bet I'm counting !!!), but its our 10th wedding anniversary 2010 and we want to go to mexico, so as soon as we've got home from jamaica, I will be looking to book mexico for march 2010, there's nowt nicer than having something to look forward to !

We're booked for 2010 too. Skiing in Wengen in February and an extended holiday to California with a cruise in Tahiti in July.As someone said above, it's always nice to have a few holidays booked
