Best of luck on it! It's tough, by day 3 you'll start to really miss free food! I went to bed at 6pm one day! I've never attempted 2 weeks, nor do I know of any of my mum's hundreds of previous members who have tried it!!!

 Went to gym twice and did extra, burnt 550 cals on each visit aswell as doing weights. Cut right down, never had a chocolate, was soooooooo busy at work I was ran off feet.

                Hi everyone. Hope you're all doing well. I've decided that exercise  is the best policy. I've been doing a little everyday for the last few weeks and I think that the weight is coming off nice and gradual. I've given up weighing myself but I can tell by my clothes that the exercise is definitely working. I don't do anything silly like going to the gym  , just some waist stretches every morning and about 15 sit ups or so fitted in somewhere during the day. This way I can still have the odd bag of crisps/ biscuit etc. I've got 4 weeks to my hols and hopefully I'll be able to keep motivated. Problem is I've a wedding "do" tomorrow and my boss' retirement next sat, along with a couple more "drinking nights" before hols. Wish me luck!

However......... I am still 11lb heavier than I should be and had to run out at the weekend and buy some new shorts.

I've been the same as you this week, been to the gym religiously, done 550 calories each time and stuck to the diet, and not lost any lbs! but the dress which I went back on the diet for because it wouldn't fasten has just zipped right up 
   
   got 4 weeks 'til i have to wear it, so thats even more time! Not gonna step on scales for a week!

                Joolz that was great, well done. Enjoy your holiday.                 Just another ½lb off this week.  Not had a good week (that time again :!:) so have been picking at rubbish.  I didn't feel too optimistic about loosing anything so I was really chuffed with the result.  
I am going back to basics with the diet next week and will be starting my exercise regime - well my exercise bike anyway. Really need to get back on track for that total 3 stone weight loss before I go on holiday. Ive done 2½ stone but finding that last 7lb to be really hard to shift. Hopefully the exercise will do the trick.

I managed 3 days on the FF plan, when I woke last Wednesday and still had a headache I thought enough!!!!!
Weighed myself this morning and had lost 2lbs but as it is the time of the month that was ok by the time I weighed in at class I had put the 2lbs back on and I look pregnant so I know it is water - unhappy but not if you know what I mean. Just over 3 weeks to go until holiday and I need to shed a few more!!!

                I'm so pleased for you all doing so well.
My whole 'campaign' was a disaster. I'm not going to make any excuses for myself. 
 
Hereon in 'must try harder'. I felt like the ugly sister on Saturday out with friends.
Still, got a looky around a new gym tomorrow night, see if I can find some motivation.
