Sorry haven't been to these myself but have stayed in a few of apartments abroad properties, booked through our small local travel agent. Any of the apartments we stayed in seemed to be the best in the complexes, slighty more attention to details etc. Seems these apartments are exclusive to them, so they should be fine.
