I've been persuaded by my local travel agent (Thomas Cook) to book a week AI at the Sunrise Resort Hotel, in Hurghada, HOWEVER since booking (only a few days ago), I'm very worried about the level of complaints on tripadvisor about food and the state of the hotel since a refurb a few months ago :shock:

Theres only one review on here and thats ok, so has anyone here been over the last few months ?

I gave the url to my travel agent of the bad complaints on tripadvisor, and no suprice they dont care, but apart from one good, all the other reviews are crap :oops: Unless I hear otherwise I think I'm going to demand (I think I can ?) a letter from Thomas Cook confirming the complaints are no longer valid, so that if they are then I have some redress afterwards.
