Just returned last (Monday) from Parga, Greece with Greece Direct. Best holiday my wife and I have had for years.
We stayed in the Utopia Studios overlooking the beach. The studios are super and very clean.
You are immediaely above the bar/restaurant but surprisingly there is little or no noise. The Hosts Janna and Demitri are lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble. In fact all the resident Greek families are very friendly and helpful.
What a treat it is too to walk through the little back streets crammed with shops and not be up to your ankles in discarded chewing gum. No litter or graffiti either.
There are of course plenty of places to eat but whatever you do don't visit the Dyonisis just down the road. It is awful and when I complained they couldn't care less. If you like Chinese Food however there is a nice Restaurant at the end if the bay which is well worth a visit. They give you too much to eat though.
The resort "Little Train" is a worthwhile trip lasting a couple of hours and gives you a good idea of the surrounding area with a "Hike" up the the ruined castle.
Beach is goreous too and if you want a change you can take a trip to alternative beaches by boat at the same time visiting the River Styx the so called entrance to the ancient Greek underworld.
If you are like me I love visiting old Churches. You are spoilt for Choice in Parga and the iconography is breathtaking.

Will we go there again? you bet. Can't wait for our next trip.
