I just wondered if anyone could recommend a supermarket, or preferably, a hypermarket en route between Alicante and Moraira. We land at Alicante on a morning flight and cannot get access to our villa in Moraira till the afternoon so thought we'd have a leisurely lunch somewhere and stock up on supplies at some point on our journey.
All suggestions welcome!
Carrefour Benidorm Finestrat may fit the bill. It's located close to the motorway, and next to La Marina Shopping Centre

Yes, I agree with David. Its a huge sprawling place. A massive Hypermarket. You name it, it sells it.

We are going to Moraira later on this year, can you let me know if it's worth stopping off at the Carrefour hypermarket to stock up, or just leave it and go to Champions, or Mas y Mas in Moraira instead.

We find it worth stocking up at Carrefore and then buying from Champion or Peper n Sal while in Moraira
