I am travelling to a villa in Deia in a few weeks time with my two young children. Having never travelled abroad with them , I am concerned where I will be able to buy food supplies as soon as we land (as I am not sure what you are allowed to take over) or in Deia. We are due to land at 1630 on a saturday.

Unfortunately there are no supermarkets in Deia just perhaps two or three very small shops, the nearest supermarket is in Soller it is a branch of Syp/Consum who will stock everything that you require. have a lovely time in this great area. If you are travelling from the airport by car there is a Carrefour on the Soller Road which will probably be open.

Thanks for that Dave, Will the Soller supermarket be easy to find (on the road from deia to soller)?
The Syp supermarket is left off the street which the bus takes in the town of Soller approaching the Plaza America where it picks up for Palma on the right , I remember a small direction sign just after the bus stop, but can not tell you the names of the streets sorry to be so vague, but I am sure that you will find it.
