Arriving in Tsilivi on Sunday - can't wait
Hopefully in resort by about 6pm. Will the smaller supermarkets still be open on a Sunday eve? Will want the essentials bread, milk etc.

When we were in Kef last year the supermarkets in our village stayed open until around 10pm. Hope that helps.

2 years ago we arrived in Santa Eulalia on a Sunday and the supermarkets closed on Sunday afternoons!!!
Hoping to take a day trip to Kefallonia, it was my first choivce this year but couldn't get into the places we liked the look of.

Well if you ever go Irene, I'd recommend Agia Efimia. That's where we stayed last year and it's a lovely friendly village and a great place to explore the island from.

I will make a note of your recommendation, have started to look for 2006 already - have to as I am a receptionist in a high school. Looking at villas either independant or on a smallish complex.
