There is a LECLERC and a LIDL opposite each other just outside Ferragudo as you turn off the main road at Parchal. You will see them for sure on the way in. They are about a mile from the centre of Ferragudo.

I can't remember what's in Ferragudo itself as it is a while since I have been there.
