just out side of namma you have the coral sea resort and that has 2 swim up bars and its only 15 mins by taxi into namma

The Conrad also has a swim-up bar. Recent reviews haven't been as good as last year's though.

The Marriott Beach Resort has a swim up bar and is on the outskirts of Na'ama Bay - 15 mins walk along the promenade.
