I know a guy in Candolim, Domnic, he´s not a taxidriver but he can take you trolling outside the cliffs at the Sinqerim end.
When I´ve been on trips with him we have caught Grouper, red snapper and barramundi (10-11 kg).
Lots of other species are also available I think.
