Taxi would be around 80 euros for five (or more), depending on time of day, but you might need to wait for a people carrier taxi. Better, to be honest, is to get in touch with a transfer company, e.g. http://www.majorca-airport-transfers.com based in Alcudia or Janer Bus. (Anyone help with a web link for Janer; I can't recall seeing one on the boards.) The transfer companies are normally better value for money and they will meet you.

Andrew, if there is just two of us with 2 suitcases wouldnt it be cheaper to just get in a taxi at the airport or do you still think it would be better to pre-book?

Hi Helen, For the two of you it would be around 60 euros. From what I know of Majorca Airport Transfers, but not others, I think for two of you yes it would probably make more sense to just get a taxi. Maybe others have got some other options that might be cheaper. Anyone?
