Can anyone tell me how much a taxi would cost from St Julians to Bugibba and are taxis readily available ie would a restaurant be able to phone one for your?

Yes a restaurant can easily obtain the services of a minicab for you. I would expect to pay no more than 6Lm. Negotiate the price before the journey starts.
