As you come out of the airport you will see the bus facing you, they are specially designed new ones with the luggage racks inside instead of underneath, so you can see your luggage.
One problem with Cristianos is it obviously stops at the bus station and depending where your accomodation is you could still have a walk.
Going to PDLA one of the stops is outside the shopping centre which is very handy.
Totally agree about the taxis thoroughly fed up with them.
I am told thougth that the mafia (taxi drivers) are up in arms about the bus, hope this does not mean an end to it
The bus only stops twice betweem the airport and Cristianos and both stops are on the motorway so it`s a speedy journey.
As I write I am told there have been changes to the service.
The dedicated airport bus is no longer and it is now the Santa Cruz bus which stops at the airport both ways.
It is the 111, just have to make sure it`s going to PDLA via Christianos and not to Santa Cruz.
It is still as quick and the same price.
Looks as if the taxi drivers have done it again.
We spend four months in Tenerife in the winter and on principal don`t use the taxis unless an emergency.
