i was finaly told that the hotel was booked but the flights were still being sorted..(i emailed the hotel..and guess what?..yes...no rooms were booked for us!!!) i get the feeling that they wont tell us when the holiday has to be paid in full because there is no holiday! and they keep the £600
we are due to fly on 27th may..usually the balance has to be paid 12 weeks before dep??? (which is..4th march)
does anyone here know how we stand regarding getting the deposit back?

if it was me there would be no way i would pay any more money to this company,i would try and get your money back and deal with a more organised one ...all the best ,keep us informed how you go on with company....regards ..johndoe
