There are two that I know but probably more.
One is on the right hand side (the beach side) as you drive from the Calangute roundabout towards Candolim (there are elephants outside this one).
The other is more or less opposite Casa Sea Shell, by the T junction at the south end of Candolim.
They sell everything from camera films to mobile phones. Alcohol to internet access.
Also Benson & Hedges; Silk Cut etc that actually taste like european ones.

To be honest, Jelly, I don't know.
I've only ever known them as the elephant shop and without exception I use the one almost opposite the Casa Sea Shell. It's actually next door to Ice & Spice Restaurant & Bar, opposite Century 21 in Candolim.
If you look at John The Maps, map of Calangute then the one near Calangute is about where the Evening Star is marked and the one in Candolim is where the Imperial Burger is marked.

Hi, there is an elephant shop near Phoenix Park resort; if you turn left at the end of the lane, the elephant shop is at the end of the block of buildings, on the same side of the road, just past the Magnam resort.
Hope this helps

walk off the beach at the point where the river Princess is, turn left, walk about 300 yds towards Calangute and it is on your right, just before the entrance to Magnum
Thank you all so much!
whilt poting this .....very hot and humid today, slightly overcast but don't feel too sorry for us
Just been to the Mariott for their Sunday brunch and feasted and drank like kings.
Quick report so far :
Good restaurant experiences : Mico's (Beach Road) Flambe amd Casa Sea shell
BAD : Mario's (Formerly Fishermans Cove next to Teama) AWFUL RUDE and I wouldn't grace their doorstep again
Excellent handbags and watches available and the shacks personally are the best place to eat and drink...on that note off to the beach for a gin
