my mum booked with these last year and had no problems, she knew where she wanted to go and dates and she got a good price.
my mum said she would use again. as her cheque didnt arrive to pay her balance they rang her after a week to say they hadnt recieved it and no problem she sent another one, she said that the lady was really polite and helpfull.

I was searching for a holiday to a certain resort in Majorca and found it to be £30.00 cheaper than some of the other tour operators,but I was worried about booking it because I'd never heard of the company before.
I think you've just put my mind at rest.

the other thing you can do is ring some local travel agents and tell them you have got it cheaper and see if they will match it for you if it puts your mind at ease.

They are a well known internet travel agent they have been around since 2000, theyare now part of TUI (Thomsons) so I think you should be able to go in to a TUI shop and get a price match.

Thanks for the replies,I have just noticed myself that they are part of the Thomson group,I should have looked a little closer
At least you know what your getting with the Thomson Group, I have booked before with Thomsons before and its been hassle free so I think I will go ahead and book it before someone else snaps it up.
