Amz, you will far from be disappointed at this particular hotel in Torquay. It is one of the nicest in Torquay and in a prime location!

Very popular for high society wedding receptions etc. I pass it each day and always looks a picture.

I stayed here last August with my hubby, the hotel was undergoing a lot of redecoration and maintainance, this did not spoil the stay at all.

The breakfasts were lush, everything you could wish for from cooked, pastries, kippers, juice, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea. Plus more I can't remember.

Our room was OK, the windows were not double glazed so there was a small amount of noise to be heard as we were at the back of the hotel.Not plush room but we had a bargain booking so i didn't expect the best!

We used the outdoor pool as we had good weather, it was heated, lots of sunloungers around , very clean.

Didn't use indoor pool so can't comment.

Good location, went to Paignton, Babbacombe from here.
