Tour ops say sale this weekend £300 off a couple gauranteed and when you check the price the price is higher than if you booked the day before with no sale. Its about time tour ops are made to show the holiday is cheaper than if booked the day before. If they were a retailer the product would need to be on sale in their shop at a higher price for 6 months before it can be a part of a sale and they will have to show the price before it went it was in the sale and the reduction and the new price.
Its about time the consumer association looked at the dodgy practice and passed on a complaint to the office of fair trading.
