Looks like the a330 airtanker scheduled to fly from Glasgow has been delayed again.
Due to fly back from Cancun 13th June on the airtanker but it's just been changed with no notification from TC
They even cancelled my pre-booked seats and never told me, lucky I checked my booking online yesterday or I would turned with no seats allocated, have sent them an email raising a formal complaint.
TC received it over a week ago, and it's been flying all week. Aircraft changes are just one reason why you should always log into your booking regularly to check for any changes. It is always the passengers responsibility. You can't rely on being informed of changes by an airline, tour op or agent. That said, they may inform you nearer departure as there have been a few changes scheduled around the AT. Possibly nothing is finalised yet. It's hardly worth a formal complaint for something that is your responsibility.
I've booked to fly to Vegas sept 2017 from Glasgow. I have just found out the the flight is covered by air tanker, does this plane have seat back tv's fitted as I've heard a few stories that it doesn't.
