A friend who has never been to Turkey before has just rang me to say she has booked a holiday with Thomas Cook AI for next Monday.She said the travel agent told her that she would be 3kms from Olu Deniz and one of the hotels she could be allocated was the Greenland which I know is in Ovacik.I cant find this hotel in their brochure and the only other one that is AI in their brochure is the Ova in that area.She asked my advise a couple of weeks ago and I suggested Olu or Icmeler.She has paid £1,400 and I have just looked on the Thomas Cook website and theres a AOA for £1,068.Has anyone took this holiday as I fear she could end up in one of the bad AIs in this area.Her husband insisted on 2 weeks which is a shame because she could have had the Thomson AI pricebreaker for 1 week for £319 and the hotels were the Olu Deniz resort,Belcekiz beach and the Club Turban.She is worried now but its booked so she will have to make the most of it.
