Recently I received a letter from Thomas Cook holidays changing my flight times to Dalaman next May! I had booked online several months ago with Direct Holidays to go to Excelsior Apartments in Marmaris so , firstly I was curious as to why I would be getting this info from Thomas Cook as even our flights werent with them ! On contacting them I find that My Travel , Direct Holidays and Thomas Cook have all become one but nobody thought to let us know that this was happening ! My problem now is that our return flight is at midnight instead of mid afternoon. We have two young children who I dont want thrown out of their room at midday on the last day. I contacted Direct Holidays to see if they could organise the room to be kept for an extra day for us as I have no wish to travel without the accomodation being organised. They werent interested even though I told them that I would, obviously, pay any necessary difference even though the changes werent my fault. They told us to contact the hotel ourselves. Now I find that they seem to have removed all details of this particular accommodation from their website. Does anyone have any contact details for these apartments ? Has anyone else had any problems with these companies ? Any reason why they have dropped these apartments ?
