Many Thanks Gents!

All the Best
Dan
Does anyone know where tomorrow's TOM046 LGW to SFB flies in from beforehand please. Have been reading on here that Thomson are experiencing delays and want to check whether I'll be delayed tomorrow morning. (Hope not!!)
Cheers,
Emma
Emma, its either Samana or La Romana, operated by G-OOBL and G-OOAN.
The aircraft shouled be operated MAN-MAH-MAN (TOM2304/4) before your flight. It's operated by a short haul 767-304/ER so yes, 2-4-2.
Darren
Darren,
Thanks
Thanks BEfreeTODAY. Really excited now!
Its usually ontime as the aircraft tends to come in Sunday morning and possibly then operates a short haul flight
As mentioned earlier the flight I am to take to from LGW to MLE on 13 Jun will arrive that morning for its evening departure to The Maldives, however there may be a short haul flight made by the aircraft in between..
Any ideas where the aircraft will arrive from that morning and where the short haul destination might be should the aircraft be tasked with such a trip?
seems like a good idea to keep an eye on things, although I will check in on-time should the worst hapen.
Cheers
Dan
The aircraft is sometimes used on one of several flights in between it's long haul schedule, we can't be specific. I assume it covers for aircraft that are having routine maintenance or to cover for delays while it has a bit of downtime.
Darren
That makes sense, Thomson wouldnt be making money with the A/C sat on the ground.
Anyone know what's going on with TOM530 out of Manchester for Dalaman on Thursdays, scheduled departure at 14:55 - last week it departed about 22:00, yesterday it was even later at 22:28 - Looks like everyone had to wait for OBYF to fly up from the Canaries!! - I'm booked on the flight next week and as much as I love airports I don't really want to arrive for me hols in the wee small hours - are Thomson short of aircraft for some reason?
If you read back a page or two there have been a few problems with B767's and especially those based at Manchester, and you are right it has been the case that the flight cannot depart until late aircraft arrive back.
Whats the latest situation, regarding 767 flights from Manchester, please........
thanks , simon
Just one B767 delay now things starting to settle down again now, long haul a/c being used on long haul again in the majority, apart from Bristol - Cancun which is a s/h aircraft today.
Thanks, B/F, Snowey.
What's the problem with 767's? I'm getting a it worried now. Just checked my flight that I'll be on a week today, which should have departed at 6.25am and Manchester airport site is still saying 'wait in lounge' I also checked the flightstats site and that is saying estimated arrival time - 17.35 (instead of 10.20) - 7hr delay!!! The flight is TOM 2620. Any of you lovely experts know why?
Just a few technical problems over the last few weeks and the lack of spare aircraft, try not to worry things are starting to get better. In terms of long haul G-OOBK is unavailable at the moment so G-OBYD of short haul is operating these flights.
EXT-BJV-EXT (TOM504/5) are operated by an Airbus A320-200. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
