Sorry, link below...
Having a bit of a problem. Just logged on to reserve our extra space seats for our flights - TOM512 and TOM437 in the summer.
There are 3 in our party and it will only let us book the sets of two on either side meaning someone will have to sit by themself (which we have no problem with). However, when we choose for example 2A, 2B and 2G, it wont let us carry on saying we must sit together however this is impossible?! Do we need to ring so they can override the system?
I would give them a call to book the seats you want if you can't get any joy on the website.
Darren
Thanks, I rang them and they've managed to over ride and put us in row 2 outbound and row 22 inbound. Just to double check, do they both have windows and are both extra leg room?!
My family and I are flying for our first time. We are flying from Manchester to Bodrum flight TOM886 and home TOM887.
Can anyone tell me wat to expect from the plane/flight pls?
Our seats are 14A-E going there 29A-E coming home.
Thank you

Going back to my Cuba flight conundrum on the previous page, do you know if Thomson have any long haul aircraft without the premium cabin?
All long haul aircraft have premium club cabins. If an aircraft has to be replaced at last minute due to a technical problem for example, the standby aircraft doesn't.
Darren
So are Thomson trying to jib us out of the premium seats because they have over sold them? Any advice on what to do? They have offered a refund so far. The flight isn't until July; I could understand a late replacement could lead to there being no premium.
Just booked our holiday to Jamaica with First choice. Flying in Premium. We I went to select our seats the only row that is available is row 9. I have read that this row does not have a window and can feel claustrophobic. Can anyone advise me from experience? I also read that this row has an increased seat pitch?
any information would be great
thanks

Hi Darren just booked Manchester to Sharm on Saturday 7th September fly out on Tom 0294 and return on Tom 0895 can you please advise what aircraft are used on these flights.
We are flying to Dalaman on Monday 22nd July (TOM318) from Gatwick.
We have booked our seats, but was curious as to which aircraft we would be on, as have been told its a 3-3-3 layout. Initially when I looked online it was a 2-4-2 .
Thanks
It looks like you've been transferred onto a Dreamliner flight, you'll get IFE so take headphones with you. Try and get seats at the front on the outer set if three, they have 36" legroom which is the same as long haul aircraft in premium now. If you are a loyal customer then they may move you to premium free of charge- although you will only get the seat itself, none of the other perks on short haul.
will Thomson be doing any dreamliner (prep) flights to Tenerife in July?
I still need to book my flights for our holiday 12th July to 23rd July, so was hoping (praying ha)! that there will be on our dates.
I cant see anything on your link's
if not can you please advise which aircraft will be used for the following flight numbers on the above dates:
TOM 2560 (man-tfs)
TOM 2203 (tfs-man)
cheers
Hi, just to let you know after many days of trying and being told that I can't, I've managed to book my outbound seats only this morning, 9A and 9B on ex-TOM, before the seat plan officially opens - so do keep trying!! I'm to ring back shortly to book the return flight seats.
Can anone tell me where the plane that forms the TOM 4458 (LGW to TFS), comes in from please?
Regards,
Ian

Caroline.
thanks for letting us know.
how long is it before your outbound flight ?
I did this last year for a feb 13 flight 90 days before outbound flight but for a holiday in august I have only just been able to choose seats 90 days to the inbound flight.
I have booked premium seats for a holiday early next year and Thomson insist it is not possible now to book before the 90 days for inbound.
as mentioned in the past very unfair for those that travel for 2 weeks or more (those travelling for 1 week get pick of seats)
don't understand why the seat plan cannot open for everyone at the same time on the same flight
Row 9 doesn't have a window. These seat are the same as the other premium rows other than that. If some have felt claustrophobic, that's their opinion. Seating is always personal preference.
