 We have to pay the balance for our Ayia Napa holiday today - easier said than done! Our particular reference number means we cannot pay online and so have to do it by phone (there's nothing on the booking confirmation to tell us this). OK, but the call centre closes at 8pm - customer service is obviously not high on their list of priorities and Thomson are virtually impossible to email. What if we try to pay the balance a day late? We don't get in from work til late so the call center has closed by the time we get in. It's so frustrating!

                Yes I can ring tomorrow but we're worried that it's a day late and they'll cancel our holiday - not sure how strict they are.                 Blimey I hope flosswoss wasn't expecting sympathy, what a miserable bunch you lot are.
I can only pay for my holiday at the last minute just like flosswoss, as I have to put away a lot of my salary each month to pay for it and I only just have enough money by the time the deadline is here.                 flosswoss you should be fine we have paid late before due to not getting paid until the end of the month. The date the travel agents give is just a guide line then they send a reminder!
