can you hire beach towels like you can on gold holidays? It'd save space in our cases that would usually be taken up by towels if they hire them IYSWIM

It depends on the hotel. Some provide beach towels during your stay.

I stayed at a thomson platinum last year and there were no towels for hire.

We stayed in Tunisia last year on a Thomson platinum and the beach towels were free.

Thanks guys. I actually checked the Riu website, because the hotel is part of the Riu group and they are available, with a small deposit, so that frees up some space for my todder's clothes lol!
