have you booked direct through them on the net ? if so you wont get any tickets ,you just print out the email they send you and hand in at the check in desk

Otherwise tickets are usually sent out about 10 days before your holiday.

So is the email they send you just your booking confirmation?

if you booked direct from them they send you a email
