I have two holidays booked with thomson holidays, 1 for  December and the other for next august, when I go on to the manage my booking facility it tells me flights booked departing after 1st November is not accessible, we are working on a new site and they hope to have it up running live as soon as possible. 
This has been ongoing since July , both holidays are paid in full and I need to book extra luggage and seats, they can do this for me in the shop, so if there system is up and running why is it not available for others to use

                The Thomson website has been very poor since they altered it about 2 years ago. It was not as good as the old one and made it difficult to book holidays. I usually go with Thomson because I find them better than TC and I like to go on a 757 when I can.
Sorry I can't help you with your question, it seems rather a long time to be sorting a site out. I would give them a ring if I were you.
