When we were in Sharm el Shiekh in October we booked through the rep to visit Petra at a cost pf £269 each. I told the rep that on their website Thomsons were advertising it at £229 per person. He checked on the website and said it must be a mistake. On our return we complained to Thomsons and asked for the £80 difference to be returned. didn't hold out much hope.

It's taken a while and a few e-mails and phone calls but today we received a cheque for £80.00.
