The staff there were awful and almost throw us out of the hotel on our last night as they said amoung other things that we didn't spend enough money there and they told us they expect customers to say eating and drinking for 3 days and nights for each week of their holiday, they then went on to tell people who were in the bar who were staying at the hotle who could and couldn't come back next year going on who had spent money or not!
I wrote a review on the holiday when we got back on a trip review web site and i have now just gone on to check the e.mail address which i used to post to the review and there is a message from one of the so called managers of the Goldstone telling us
NEVER to pass the road in front of the hotel ever again!..
Why i don't know but i think i can guess!!
Now i am not going to take this threat lying down and i have emailed the tour rep who was dealing with the complaint when we came back from holiday.... anyone got any other ideas on who i can pass this threat onto?
