Most of the trips the islands offer are water based for example sunset or sunrise trips to go dolphin watching, snorkelling safari's, night fishing etc and apart from that it's pretty much sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful sceenery. If your island is close to Male (which I think Paradise is, but can't quite remember) you may beable to do a half day trip there to go to the local market but really that is about it. Trips like the about will brobably range from $20 - $40 per person which will get charged to your roon so you won't need too much cash (just enough for tipping the island staff, the odd souvenir and drinks at Male airport.
