Having had a great holiday in Cyprus I have just emailed the Tourist Information Office with some comments. We found the people in the information centres helped to make our holiday and have said thanks for that, but there were things we thought would have helped to make the holiday even better. They do not know if we do not tell them. If you have ideas why not send an email to the tourist information organisation of the country you have visited. I am sure that they get complaints but I wonder how many bother to say thanks.

certainly goes a long way.
I also emailed the airline, flyglobespan, to thank them for the excellent service I
had from them on my return journey to Cyprus. As I use a wheelchair it is not
exactly straightforward and they were wonderful

....... perhaps it's the sort of society that we are living in nowadays that makes people so quick to moan about something, without considering doing the opposite.....in this day and age it's so quick to dash off a quick e-mail, there's no excuse really....it's nice to think that you could brighten up someone's day with a bit of praise; I can remember once ringing up our council to complement them about something - the woman sounded quite shocked....as if it wasn't an everyday occurrence....
