There are 2 steps up from the station platform to the train so it wouldn't
be possible to take the push-chair on the train with the child in it unless
you have a second person to help you lift it on.
There is also a flight of about 16 steps from street level to the platforms.
At the Arroyo / Benalmadena end, the station is below ground level so you
have a choice of stairs / escalator (very rarely working !) or lift to street
level.

Am I right in thinking the train from the airport to Benalmadena is direct and is about 8 stops, if I was getting on at Benalmadena and going to the airport what would the train be called (not Thomas! What wouold be the eventual destination?).
Hi Jo. The trains passing through Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel station only have two final destinations - Malaga and Fuengirola. So the train that heads east (taking you to the airport) is the Malaga train, and the train heading west, and originating in Malaga, is the Fuengirola train.
