Since when can you only buy train tickets about 3 months before departure? Has it always been like this? I want to buy some for November and cannot buy any
Yes, as far as I know it has always been like this - tickets, especially the cheap discounted ones, only go on sale 90 days before departure. Depending on which company operates the route you are wanting them for, you can go onto the or website and register for an email reminder to be sent to you when they go on sale.
