two different stories on news...one she slipped and fell in and the other that the whale pulled her in...killer whales hunt seals on a seasonal basis...snatching them off a beach ...Ive seen videos of this....may be the whale became confused about situation.....instinct is an unpredictable master.

Very sad for the family and the animal.

It just goes to show that you can never tame a wild animal.

But i have always thought that the Dolphin and Whale pools at Sea World could do with being at least twice the size.

They could afford to do this no problem.

Very Sad indeed. Have pictures of her from when we were there in August and were looking forward to seeing the show again this year but this has put a downer on it.
