Hi

We always use Icmeler on line and have had a few minor problem's in the past we did use them last week

There was 5 off us pick up at airport went okay on return it was a hour late and we had to share again we were so packed in it was terrible the cases were packed tight in and kept slipping forward onto my young granddaughter aged 3.

When i asked the other party why it was late there said the driver drove round and round and could not find our hotel.

Normally Ali picks us up but this was a new driver i think but you would off thought that he would off called Rami asking direction's but he never.

This has not put us off using them but i do think it should off been a bigger bus considering there was 3 family's travelling back to Dalaman

We regularly vist Turkey (2 to 3 times a year) and always use ICR. We have spoken to many people who holiday in Turunc and use other companies for transport and on several occasions they have been let down. We have NEVER had a problem with Icmleleronline so if we now and again have to share with others at least we have the peace of mind that they will be there when they say they will be!

If there is an issue with the cost of transfers with ICR then the members have the right to post about it and we do not expect anyone to post abuse or comments amed at an individuals opinions.

IP addresses are always recorded and whilst we do not allow hotel reports from resorts we do allow forum posting, however, please be aware that we do monitor all posts and we will not allow users to attempt to manipulate a topic for the sake of causing an argument or to attempt to change the "truth".

It sounds like a good decision by ICR to explain in more detail the transfer system on their site and also to inform customers who make a booking as to whether the transfers will be private or shared.

I hope this closes this issue and the mods can now return to doing their duties without receiving abuse or aggrevation from any members.

I have to say i was very disappointed when i arrived at Dalaman airport as there was no transfer there waiting to pick me up, i travelled with Right Holidays, we waited 30-40 minutes and then decided to get a taxi which cost an extra £50
