2hr 40min, thats a pretty long transfer, especially after a 4 hour flight. I presume the transfer to Agy Nik is similar, as it's next door??

I've just noticed the transfer is 69km away!? So why is the transfer so long?

That's the transfer time listed by Thomas Cook. If the roads are anything like the ones linking the north and south of the island, it's because they are slow winding roads and you probably stop off somewhere for 20 minutes onroute. If there are multiple drops on the way, it all adds to the transfer time.
