A taxi will cost you in the region of 70 euros one way.
There is a bus every half hour from just outside the airport to the bus station(approx 1 euro) The stop to Nerja(if I remember rightly!)is no 39.(check this out when you buy yoour ticket.)
The bus to Nerja then costs somewhere between 3-4 euros.
There is ample room on board for luggage etc.
