I don't, but my sister-in-law is very risk averse, and will always go through a travel agent
Never discount travel agents. I check them when pricing up a holiday and sometimes they have the best price. Last time was for a hotel in Thailand- a couple of hundred less than anyone else.
I did hear the other day that certain tour operators are doing away with brochures due to the increase in online information. Some are offering virtual tours via headsets instead.
The programme showed one elderly lady who was very technically savvy, who had her own headset &, because do to ill health could no longer travel, toured the world from her home 👍
We have, however, used specialist TAs since, via phone/net, to arrange more far flung breaks eg a combined safari/ beach holiday in East Africa.
