I am staying in Sitges for a long weekend in May, and anticipate spending the afternoon / evenings in Barcelona.
Does anyone know how good the bus / train routes are back to Sitges, i.e. how frequently / how late.
Any help is appreciated.

There are lots of trains between Barcelona and Sitges. The first leaves about five in the morning and the last one is around midnight. There are several trains an hour. Try looking on the Renfe website. The trains go from Passeig de Grace Barcelona. There is a link to the Renfe website in the posting about Santa Susanna by train
