This is what I have just posted on Travel Republics Facebook page..This is a week my husband and myself spent in a hotel in Thailand with my son, pregnant daughter in law and their baby girl....ARRGGHHHHH I am so cross with them Morally so wrong!!!!!!

"Travel Republic! You are a disgrace! Thank you for ignoring all my letters. You have charged me £200 extra for an 18 month old to stay at a hotel when children under 5 actually go free. When your confirmation came back it excluded my granddaughter from the booking. I now realise the reason was that she would go FOC and did not require mentioning on the booking confirmation. When I queried this you said you would charge another £200 for her. If I had kept quiet she would have actually gone free just like the hotel promotes. I am a pensioner (not a lot of money either) but have plenty of time to chase you up and get justice. ABTA next frown emoticon PLEASE RETURN MY £200 Booking ref ACM/11605640"
