Hi
Was wondering whether anyone has any experience in this Company.
My husband is taking early retirement in 18 months time and we wanted to take some 'once in a lifetime' holidays which include Australia, India and China / Japan.
We have received Travelsphere's brochure and they have exactly what we are looking for (I will post separate queries regarding these holidays in the appropriate sections).
Has anyone gone on any of Travelsphere's Escourted trips?
Any info would be appreciated.
Many thanks.
Sue
I did a search on here for Travelsphere and was surprised at the amount of times it has been mentioned, so I copied the link and you can take a read through them all at your leisure -

Also more information here -

Having taken a quick look they appear to be very good.

Searched a bit more and again there are many results for them here -

A friend uses them all the time and to date hasn't had a problem. I would recommend them.
The only comment he had was that on the China trip, everyone else on the tour seemed to have their dates of travel changed, apart from my brother, to accommodate everyone on the tour.
Titan do similar tours, but may be more expensive.

I have read somewhere about Travelsphere changing the date of departure, its ok if you have all the time in the world to travel, but not if you are working and have set times off.
Thanks Graham for finding the links for me, made very interesting reading.
If anyone else has any opinions, it would be helpful.
Thanks.
Sue
Hi superfrac - we have used Travelsphere literally dozens of times over many years and have been on most of their long hall escorted trips. We first used them when they were a little firm operating out of a small office in Market Harborough and saw them slowly grow into the large company that it is now. They were one of the first companies to offer escorted tours to China and we were actually there with them when the Tiananmen Square problem erupted. A dreadful time, when we saw many of the local young people's lives destroyed. I am sure that like any large company, they do have problems, but we personally never experienced any. I have always been more then happy to recommend them. All best - Jenny x
try reading the TUI / First Choice / Thomas Cook etc threads and see how often they change people! There will be something in the Booking Conditions in the Travelsphere brochure about what they can change and what you're entitled to, if you think it's too loose don't book. Personally I'd feel better with them than the big operators.
Travelsphere still work from Market Harborough but now have big offices which are based near to me. I haven't used them personally but know quite a few people who have and they all said they are very good.
We went with Travelsphere 10 years ago on the National parks tour in America. It was fabulous,if a bit hectic as we covered 4,700miles in 2 weeks.
