I have also read the reviews and comments on Tripadvisor about over booking! We have booked with Thomson to stay a week here in October, from what I have read I think we will be ok because we are with Thomson it's people who have booked direct that seem to be more affected.

we have also booked with thomson for a week in october ! i have emailed them and they say that they are aware of the problem and should there be any more problems we should be informed before we get there, fingers crossed !!!

you are covered wih thomsons.you should get a room.if not thomsons are breaking the contract with you.

if Thomson move us to another hotel will we have to pay the difference or will it be at their cost? They do have a few other other hotels in the same resort?
I don't mind being moved as long as it's for the duration of my holiday and not for a couple of nights until a room is available at the Tropico Playa.

you have the right to your money back.No you don;t pay any extra.only if you wish to move hotels when you get there.they have beds in loads of hotels in palma nova.
