hello all
i booked a holiday with Medinaland travel - i booked 2 rooms half board - rooms to be next door to each other as we haev 2 children aged 5 and 14 years
got there monday nioght at 2.30am to be told no rooms we need to go to another hotel across the road at the top of a hill to share 1 room - i asked reception if they could help wioth luggage as my 5 year old was asleep and was struggling to get up or even walk us there they said no then we were told that they had 2 rooms at Molinos hotel but 1 on 4th floor and 1 on 2nd floor
My booking states rooms adjoining from travekl agent and from Top hotels customer service so i showed them this and they then said they would haev to sort it out in the morning and could we share a room for now.
it was all sorted otu in the end but what a plava
are we entitled to claim back the cost of the room and the the incconvenience - i did log the complaint staright away atby calling the emeregncy number
You should see your holiday rep and make a complaint in writing, otherwise the company is likely to deny you ever complained.
Having done that, enjoy your holiday as best you can and contact Ros when you get back.
