We was supose to be staying in the angel apartments but i received a letter from gold trail yesterday saying due to circumstances out of there control they have to change us to the serihat hotel, which is15mins from beach and is allocated in the brochure also doesn't look as nice wen i went on goldtrails website.
they would not let us cancel are holiday as they only see it as a minor not a major. With a major you can cancal but wiv a minor you can't do anything about it!
So i asked could we exchange apartments then as i wanted to stay close to the beach so at first they said we could exchange to the turihan apartments but a £20pp fee will apply!!!! after 2days of argueing they allowed us to exchange are holiday to the turihan hotel without a fee.
I will never be booking with goldtrail again they have treated us disgusting anddidn't careabout what wewanted. Wish i could of cancelled the whole holiday. I couldn't even belive they was asking us to pay to change to a hotel after they had changed us.
So i would just like to know what the turihan hotel is like if any has been to this hotel?
