Firstly you will not regret going to Marmaris. There have been a few threads on here about Club Julian and most very positive. I seem to recall somebody complaining about the chanting from a nearby mosque waking them early in the morning but that's about it. I suppose like every hotel/apartments much will depend on where your room is situated in the complex, i.e. not everybody can get a pool view. I know several people who have stayed there and loved it. I have walked around the poolside once or twice and been impressed by what I saw. Marmaris is wall to wall restaurants and my advice would be to find your own favourate. We are not that far away from you in Club Turquoise and we like to walk down to the front. One of our favourates is the Garden Restaurant but honestly there is too many to mention. If you like Indian the Taj Mahal is good and about a 20 min walk from Julian. The Excelsior is a nice place too and you could walk it there in about 10 mins or so. The youngsters will have a ball and (as you would everywhere) keep an eye on the girls as they will come in for lots of attention. Don't read too much into that I just mean common sense and they will be perfectly safe and have a great time.

I have not stayed at Club Julian,but called in and had a look around it and it looks nice,popular with families,and lots of lovely restaurants around it,I think the family will be pleased with your choice.No 2 dolmus will take you down to Marmaris centre and marina,stops outside your accomodation.
