Hello
I wonder if anyone can help?
Has anyone heard of Cadogan finance I ask because they have offered to assist me in purchasing a property in Turkey.
As the law for UK personnel to buy in Turkey has not been passed these were the only firm that I have found that will do it. As much as I am pleased about this I am slightly sceptical especially as they do not have a web site.
Has anyone any info on this firm?
Does anyone know of any other firm willing to offer a Turkish mortgage.
Thanks
Are they offering a mortgage at English rates or Turkish rates because if its Turkish rates then you are going to get murdered on the interest as its 1.35% per month out here which equates to about 20% per year. As the new law for foriegn buyers isnt in yet you have some time so do some research. Hope it all goes well for you.
Cadagan are an English broker but I am not sure who the lendor will be. The rate given is 2% above the ECB (whatever tha stands for) equating to 4.5% which seems reasonable.
