I answered this question to your post in the Tour Operators section. The 2-centre option on Varadero holidays is a 3-night stay on arrival in Cuba at a choice of hotels in Havana, followed by 11 nights at your chosen beach hotel. The full details are on page 64 of the latest TC Tropical Shores brochure May 08 - Oct 09. Hope this helps.
