Basically are there any. We are thinking of going back next year but our 17 year old daughter will probably be with us as we want to renew our vows for our 30th wedding anniversary. She would prefer not to share a room with us as shewould like her own privacy, if there are no rooms of this type is she too young to have a room of her own ?
Thanks
Polly
Hi Polly
It sounds like you're talking about a hotel. There's none spring to mind, but hopefully another member may have some information.
However there are several suite hotels off strip which have one or two bedrooms. One of these is the Desert Rose Resort which may suit. There are others, but I'm afraid I can't think of the names at the moment!

Another option, provided that you do trust her to have a room to herself...is stay somewhere that you can get 2 standard hotel rooms. You would need to check into a room and your husband check into a room, then switch. As I say though, you'd have be ok with that, and they may not be able to give you 2 rooms together. (and might query it also!).
Just remembered the names of a few other suite hotels in Vegas - Meridian Suites, Tuscany Suites, Embassy Suites, Marriott Suites.
If you Google Suites in Las Vegas it will bring up several options.

I think Desert Rose is quite a good option for the price - I have been looking at it, and my only gripe is we tend to spend more time north strip - although not everyone's the same. It's behind Tropicana, so if you like that area, it may be a good option for you!
Oh Lesley you are devious, why did'nt I think of that
Yes we trust her but as you say she may end up in a room far away from us and bearing in mind the size of the Las Vegas hotels we would have to think twice about this option.
The Desert Rose location is fine (looks nice as well) when we stayed at New York New York in September we walked down to Hooters and had a nosey round the slots and had a drink and it was not that far away from the strip.
Luci I will look up those suites - thank you

Polly go for the Meridian as they are right behind Bills Gambling Saloon and very close to Elis Island
If a one bed suite is an option, Platinum may be an option too - although more expensive than Desert Rose.

I've booked 2 nights there for our september trip (after 6 nights at Orleans) and then we have 5 nights at the end not yet booked. Waiting for offers - and I'm impatient!!!

Thanks John, will study the Meridian closely - near to Elis Island thats tempting very tempting, just one slight problem Maxine will be 17 (although she does look older) I know she cannot go in the casinos but would she be turned away from Elis Island where the bar/karaoke is, she would not be drinking of course but with the States being strict on the age 21 to drink would this apply to her being on licensed premises ?
(My other daughter and her boyfriend may also be going with us but they are both over 21 so they will be ok)
Thanks

She will be allowed in to eat at the restaurant but will not be able to hang around in the bar area if you decide to have a go at the slots

John
You could try The Carriage House or the Jockey Club they both have 2 bedroom suites
