When we were there last year we went into town a couple of times. (we were A/I at the Conrad) There were 5 of us and for a two course meal including drinks in the Chinese it cost us £35. We went into Hard Rock and including a few cocktails (Hurricanes) the cost was approximately £50.

Don't know about excursions as we didn't have time to do any (too busy diving) and our hotel ran a bus into town costing us £1 per person each way.

So all in all I would say it was pretty cheap to eat out, some of the other threads may be able to answer your questions on where to eat etc
